Registration for AES 2009 is closed.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration will only be valid once payment is received.
The following methods of payment are possible: Payments by cheque and bank deposits:
- Cheque/Bankers' draft
  Payments should be made payable to the Centre for Econometric and Allied Research and mailed to: 2009 AES Conference Organising Committee, Centre for Econometric and Allied Research, University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
- Deposits/Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
  Bank details are provided below: Kindly email evidence of payment to the 2009 AES Conference Organising Committee at the following address: director@cear-ng.com or soolofin@hotmail.com.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations during the last 30 days prior to the conference.
Registrations received will be acknowledged within 7 days.
Registration fees are payable in United States Dollar (USD). Any short payment resulting from bank charges and/or exchange rate fluctuations will be charged back to the delegate in question.

ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HOTEL RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Conference delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and transport between the airport and hotel. Information on accommodation possibilities and suppliers of transport services can be found on the Venue and Accommodation page.
To ensure that your accommodation is secure, please book prior to 9 June 2009. Rates and availability are guaranteed in the Sheraton hotel until this time. Any accommodation requests received by hotel after this date will be dealt with on a per availability basis.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be required to complete a form with your address and passport details.
