Dear AES Delegate Welcome to the 13th Annual Conference on Econometric Modelling in Africa hosted by the Department of Economics at the University of Pretoria. On February 8, the University of Pretoria officially celebrated its 100th birthday. Many exciting events, spread over the year, mark this century in the service of knowledge. Hosting of the 2008 AES conference forms part of its centenary celebrations. The conference dates are 9 to 11 July 2008.
